The tenth Amendment is getting alot of attention these days, it seems alot of people see it as being trampled upon,
I just thought I would post the actual amendment in case anyone was confused as to what it says....
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
