They didn't tell them.....

I am just sitting at work, so its time to purge my head.

I love our country for what it is and what it caan be.

Many many many years ago, the founding fathers came up with our system of government. I believe the primary purpose was protection from all threats foreign and domestic. Keeping Americans safe from those who wish harm upon us. so they gave the elected officials the power of legeslation. The power to make laws.

Problem is they didn't tell the elected officials that they don't HAVE to make laws to be successful!

If this administration doesn't pass laws (pertaining to CAT or Healthcare - are they failures? - NO but if they pass these things then America will become a failure.

ever heard the saying "power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely" (its something like that)
well that is what we almost have. If we let things progress as we have then we will be controlled absolutely by the american powers that be.

Does anyone out there realize just how many laws, and rules and regulations are imposed on us now? anyone? its a mind numbing amount, and the ppl up there feel like failures if they don't make more rules. Its stifling and laughs in the face of freedom.
